CHAPTER 8 ARTICLE: 28 OATHS OF THE OFFICES

I_________________________ so solemnly swear that, I will bear true faith and allegiance to the International Peace Commission. 
That, as____________________, I will perform my functions honestly to the best of my ability, faithfully in accordance with the Constitution of the International Peace Commission. 
That, I will not allow my personal interest to influence my official conduct or my official decision. 
That, I will preserve, protect and defend the manifesto, aims and objects, the Constitution of the Commission. 
That, I will follow and protect the rights of Human beings according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights passed by the United Nations Organization on 10th December 1948. 
May GOD Almighty help and guide me.

ARTICLE 29, THE NATIONAL PRESIDENTS

(Clause 1) The World Chairman shall in his / her direction appoint the National President in each country of the world as the Constitutional Head of the Commission, who shall represent the unity of the Commission in the respective country and act as the Chief Executive of the Commission.

(Clause 2) The National Presidents shall hold the office during the pleasure of the World Chairman and shall be entitled to such privileges as World Chairman may determinant

(Clause 3) The World Chairman may make such rules, as he / she thinks fit for the discharge of the functions of a National President.

(Clause 4) The National President shall present his / her status reports time to time and annually to the World Chairman. These reports shall include the activities of the Commission and all members.

(Clause 5) There shall be a President of State or Province in to the country (if require), which shall be appointed by the World Chairman with the advice of National President.

(Clause 6) In exercise of his / her function, The National President shall act in accordance with the advice of the Country Chief and his / her cabinet, he / she is answerable before The World Chairman (in the case of State or Province, with the advice of Provincial Chief and his / her cabinet and he / she is answerable before the National President).

(Clause 7) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Constitution or any other law, The National President shall act in his / her discretion in respect of any matter in by the constitution to do so and validity of anything done by the National President in his / her discretion or on the orders of World Chairman shall not be call in question on any ground whatsoever in front of any court of law and authority.

(Clause 8) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Constitution and any other law, The National President may also dissolve, dismiss or terminate the Country Chief or his / her cabinet in his / her discretion or by the order of World Chairman (in case of State or Province, The Provincial or State President shall use the same powers).

(Clause 9) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Constitution or in this amendment or any other law, The World Chairman can dismiss, terminate, or remove the National President, Provincial or State President at any time without any notice.
